Isuta no Usagi


For anyone who might be interested what this is exactly and how this game to be, here a quick rundown.

I've been prototyping in Phaser 3 for a while now and had some game mechanics ready that combined a rough jump and run framework coupled with a dynamic mini game system which currently only hosts a sort of suika-esque game with some twists.

For the Geotastic Easter Egg hut of this year (2024) I thought it would be fun to have a game in a game (in a game, counting the mini games) accessible directly through Geotastic as an Easter Egg. That's what it is basically. I cobbled together some levels, added new art assets to make everything work and implemented all features to the framework that were needed to run this as I planned. It was barely a week before Easter Friday, so I had to be quick. Thus, it's still very buggy, unbalanced and lots of the puzzles lack diversity. There wasn't much time to think about anything or play-test much. In the end, it was meant as a gag. A gag with a lot of love poured into it nonetheless :)

Maybe some people missed out on it during Easter, so it's now playable here for the rest of eternity for everyone to enjoy. Have fun!
